Responsibilities:

Average patients per day varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 25-34 patients per day 1 day or 2-1/2 days in the OR and 3 days in the clinic OR's at Trinity Moline Hospital, Bettendorf Hospital and Trinty Rock Island Da Vinci XI at each hospital and a Procept Hydros Robotic System with Aquablation at Trinity Rock Island Call requirement: 7 days per month, remaining days covered by Urology partners Office procedures: bladder botox, cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc. Ability to work as a team member and improve the health of the people and communities we serve Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Qualifications:

MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois and Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We Offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately 500,000-700,000 with ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of upside on an innovative compensation program.
