Job Description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Immediate need for a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well established Outpatient Community Health / Primary Care group.   • Manage primary, acute and chronic health problems affecting patients through comprehensive history and physical examination, assessment and diagnostics in outpatient setting
  • Order, perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures
  • Management of full spectrum of Family Medicine
  • Prescribe pharmacologic and non -pharmacologic interventions
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the primary care team to deliver evidence-based care and to establish best practices in clinical care
  • Opportunity for administrative role for qualified candidate Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • MD or DO from accredited institution
  • Active licensure in the State of Illinois as a physician
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice
  • BLS and CPR certification is required NHSC Loan Repayment options Full time Benefited
