Job Description

Join a team that delivers compassionate, patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Paris, IL. In this part-time role you'll serve as the attending physician and medical director for local post-acute and long-term care sites, working closely with experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants. You'll provide clinical oversight, make key decisions for complex patients, and help shape high-quality care in a collaborative, supportive environment. What you'll enjoy: Part-time schedule with excellent flexibility — physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week No fixed daily start or end times, no call responsibilities, and no overnight shifts A manageable patient load (about 18-25 visits per day) Team-based practice that allows you to focus on clinical care while partnering with advanced practice clinicians Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply Compensation & benefits: Competitive pay with earning potential above industry norms Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive Performance-based bonus program Paid time off and 401(k) with employer matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible physicians Employer-paid life insurance and short- & long-term disability coverage for eligible physicians CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and a professional lab coat
Qualifications:
