Highlights The primary site of clinical practice will be Advocate Children's Hospital-Park Ridge, a 138-bed pediatric hospital with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Medical/Surgical Unit, and a Pediatric Emergency Department Join an established division of 10 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers spanning Endeavor Health and Advocate Children's Hospital-Park Ridge 29 patient-facing hours plus 3 hours of required GI meetings. A typical week includes 3 full days of clinic, 1 procedure day, and 1 administrative day. Our dedicated Friday morning meeting reviews cases and addresses program and research development Subspecialty depth across IBD, celiac disease, MASLD, DGBI, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), and aerodigestive disorders means you'll practice alongside colleagues with focused expertise to consult and refer within Teaching and interaction with residents Call schedule: Inpatient service of approximately 4-5 weeks per year of 24/7 call (weeknights and weekends), plus additional daytime-only call coverage at an affiliated site. No scheduled clinic/procedure time while on 24/7 service. Strong mentorship & support within the group Opportunity to help grow a GI division alongside collaborative colleagues who value continuous learning You will be a collaborative partner within a team of outstanding multidisciplinary professionals while enjoying full support from nearly 120 pediatric and surgical subspecialists RNs, MAs, and Surgery Schedulers are part of the care team Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
