Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
Sign On Bonus:
$90,000
Production Incentive:
RVU-based productivity compensation

Degree:
MD or DO Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Otolaryngology Licensure:
Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
