Description Northwestern Medicine is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our team in Sandwich, IL. Located in the charming community of Sandwich, our Family Medicine practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a NM Family Medicine physician, you will provide high-quality care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about rural medicine and values building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment. Join a team of high-performing Primary Care Physicians Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm with a flexible schedule Call responsibilities: shared and rotated Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support Clinic located inside NM Multispecialty building Hospital privileges at NM Valley West and Kishwaukee Hospitals EPIC electronic health system Nestled in the picturesque Fox River Valley, Sandwich, IL offers a blend of small-town and modern conveniences. Known for its rich history, friendly residents, and excellent schools. Sandwich offers the tranquility of the countryside, while still being in reach of major metropolitan areas, like Aurora, Naperville, and Chicago.
