Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required. What additional preferences we're seeking
