Mondays:

7:30AM•6:30PM;

Tuesdays-Thursdays:

7:30AM•5PM;

Fridays:

7:30AM•4PM Call responsibilities: 2 days a month Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals Hospital privileges at Central DuPage Hospital Standard primary care equipment, procedure room, and onsite lab services Nurse and certified medical assistant support EPIC electronic health system Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure Equal Opportunity All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
