City of Hope Chicago (Zion, IL), a leading network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an outstanding Board-Certified Surgical Oncologist to join our esteemed team. We offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to transforming healthcare by integrating cutting-edge research and compassionate care. Position Highlights The Department of Surgery is seeking an experienced Hepatobiliary/UGI Surgical Oncologist to meet the needs of our growing program in Zion, Illinois. The qualified candidate can look forward to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a world class, nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of top-level surgical and non-surgical specialists. Step into a unique opportunity to shape and expand the Hepatobiliary/UGI service line, with strong clinical support and the resources to develop a thriving practice. Ability to establish an expanding referral base in the growing region. Opportunity to create and grow your practice through outreach while having the support of a top 10 cancer organization in the US. Practice at a 73-bed cancer hospital equipped with state-of-the-art operating rooms and cutting-edge da Vinci® robotic surgery technology. Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with an established multidisciplinary team of physicians, APP's, and nurses. The preferred candidate will demonstrate advanced expertise in robotic pancreatic, gastric, and liver surgery. Experience performing robotic Whipple procedures is of particular interest. City of Hope faculty appointment. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
