Outpatient Compensation:
$275,000- $340,000 per year
Job Type :
Full-time, Permanent | Monday- Friday | Weekend/Holiday Rounding 1:8 or better

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and mental status examinations, to develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects to ensure optimal patient outcomes Utilize psychotherapeutic methods in conjunction with pharmacological treatments to manage acute and chronic mental health conditions Partner with primary care, social work, and nursing teams to provide integrated behavioral health support across clinical settings Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR) and participate in clinical quality reviews to enhance patient safety and care standardsRequirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Benefits:
