H1B Eligible She Recruits is partnering with a hospital-employed outpatient behavioral health program seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist to join an established mental health team. This role is fully outpatient, offering predictable scheduling and strong interdisciplinary support. Practice Model Outpatient-only setting Established patient population Integrated behavioral health support Strong referral network Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and primary care providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Eligible for Indiana licensure Strong communication and collaborative skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Sign-on bonus potential Relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package CME support Malpractice coverage H1B sponsorship available
