III NICU
. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice at the top of your license while caring for high-acuity neonatal patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Highlights Join an established team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers Practice in a 42-bed Level
III NICU
Flexible 12-hour shift schedule Collaborative Neonatology group with strong physician and APP support Attend high-risk deliveries and provide comprehensive neonatal care Work closely with a dedicated Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) program serving high-risk prenatal patients Participate in ground neonatal transports as needed Opportunity to develop and maintain advanced procedural skills, including: Central line placement Airway and ventilator management Thoracentesis Post-operative neonatal care Candidate Qualifications NICU experience is required Why Fort Wayne?
