Assistant Store Manager B. Antonio's Pizza, Lima Road, Fort Wayne $18/hr | Full time | Nights and weekends requiredB. Antonio's is a locally owned pizza shop with two Fort Wayne locations. We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Lima Road store at 10011 Lima Rd.
This is a working manager job. You run the shift from the line, not from an office. When the owner and GM are not in the building, the store is yours.
What you will doRun the shift: open or close the store, assign stations, keep tickets moving during the rushHold the crew to the standard on food quality, portioning, speed, cleanliness, and conductTrain and coach a mostly young crew, and correct problems the same day they happenHandle guest issues on the spot without escalating everything to the ownerManage prep lists, inventory counts, and ordering with the GMCash handling, drawer counts, and end of night closeMake pizzas. You will be on the line most of your shift.
What we requireYou have been in charge of other people at work. Shift lead, keyholder, crew lead, supervisor, any industry.
Kitchen experience is a plus, not a requirement. We will teach you our system, and we expect you to run it our way.
Available nights, weekends, and holidays. Friday and Saturday closes are part of this job.
