Job Description

Colorectal Surgeon Compensation:

$380,000 - $495,000 per year

Job Type :

Full-time | Monday - Friday, flexible schedule | 1:6 call rotation

This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.

Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus Clinic patients per day: 20

Call Rotation:

1:6 Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform). Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies. Manage complex anorectal conditions

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
