Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and

with AI-driven documentation enhancements Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning Qualifications Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO). Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90-120 days). Strong interest in managing complex endocrinology cases with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
