Marion, Indiana This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type. What You Will Do Community Connection. World-Class Resources. Ascension Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our elite heart care team in Marion, Indiana. This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful practice in a community where you are truly needed, while remaining seamlessly connected to Indiana's largest and most advanced cardiovascular network. In Marion, you will enjoy the independence of a smaller office environment-allowing you to focus deeply on patient relationships-supported by a tenured staff and a direct pipeline to the nationally-ranked Ascension St. Vincent Heart Center.

Step into a busy practice with a strong existing referral network and a modern, up-to-date office space.
Balanced Lifestyle:
Monday through Friday clinic schedule with a highly manageable 1:4 call rotation.

Frequent collaboration and cross-coverage with our premier cardiology group in Indianapolis, providing you with a "big city" specialist network in a community setting.

Utilize Athena EMR for efficient patient management and documentation.

Qualifications Education:
MD or DO required.
Licensure:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiology. Must hold (or be eligible for) an Indiana Medical License.
Skills:
Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to compassionate, faith-based care
Responsibilities:
Provide medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinate discharge planning with case management. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
