Job Description
- Family Medicine Opportunity
Location:
Milford, IN- Full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity
- Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
- Shared call schedule: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
- Join a team-centered and collaborative practice environment
- Proficiency with basic office procedures, including suturing, preferred
- Experience with birth control devices such as IUD insertion/removal and Nexplanon is a plus but not required
- Provide continuing care for individuals and families across all genders, diseases, and areas of the body
- Focus on community health, disease prevention, wellness, and health promotion
- Provide personal, comprehensive, and continuing care for individuals within the context of their family and community
- Join a well-established multi-specialty healthcare network serving approximately 220,000 people across Northern Indiana
- Access to both primary care and specialty providers, supporting comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions
- Strong focus on population health and innovative healthcare strategies
