8 hour day shifts with night and weekend call coverage 1-2 cardiac cases and 3-4 lung cases per week maximum CABG, valve replacements, aneurysms, and thoracic procedures DaVinci robotics experience desired but not required Per diem pool coverage needs ICU rounding and OR first assist responsibilities Weekend call is 24/7 with morning rounds Low volume cardiac surgery programWhy Weatherby:
