Flexible scheduling with 4- or 4.5-day work weeks to support an excellent work-life balance. Collaborate with an integrated care team including care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Opportunity to perform a variety of in-office procedures, including skin excisions, fracture care, joint injections, IUD placement, and maternity care based on your interests. Practice in an innovation-driven environment supported by advanced clinical resources and technology. Quality-focused care model emphasizing patient outcomes over visit volume. Leadership, teaching, and professional growth opportunities available. Optional physician partnership opportunity after three years.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $237,500-$384,000 annually, with quality incentive opportunities. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
