- About the Position
- A BC/BE Pain Medicine physician is sought to join a well-established, employed practice in Northwest Indiana. This full-time opportunity offers a predominantly outpatient practice, a flexible weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build a personalized pain management practice within a collaborative physician network.
- Full-time employed position
- 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient practice
- Monday-Friday flexible schedule
- Well-established referral base
- 30 minutes from downtown Chicago

- Approximately 25 clinic patients per day
- 1:4 shared call rotation

- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
