Rheumatologist Compensation:
$265,000 - $345,000 per year
Job Type :
Full-time Monday - Friday, 1:3 call rotation

Responsibilities:
Provide specialized diagnostic, treatment, and management for a full spectrum of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, and vasculitis. Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic with a focus on chronic disease management and complex multi-system autoimmune cases. Oversee and manage in-office infusion services, including the administration and monitoring of biologic therapies. Perform clinical procedures such as joint aspirations, ultrasound-guided injections, and soft tissue injections as part of a comprehensive treatment plan Provide patient education regarding long-term disease progression, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications.
Requirements:
Board Certified in Rheumatology, or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
