Locums Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage in Indiana, structured as 24 hour call for vacation coverage, with strong PA support and a CABG focused case mix. Highlights Vacation coverage, defined short block of 24 hour call coverage CABG primary procedural focus, no root or arch work at this facility 3 PAs support inpatient work, including rounding, assistance, and first assist in cases Practice Setting Cardiothoracic surgery service with CV ICU coverage Inpatient responsibilities include rounding and consults, volume varies by caseload and consult demand PA team supports inpatient workflow and OR assistance Schedule 24 hour call coverage Call runs 7a to 7a Single short coverage block in September, ending the following morning after the final call day Cases and Procedures Primarily CABG No root or arch work performed at this facility Requirements Must be an MD or DO Board Certified ACLS required Indiana license required If you can cover a short 24 hour call block and are comfortable with CABG heavy CT surgery, reach out and we can confirm the remaining details.
