Highlights Community Physician Network seeks a compassionate BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our practice located Noblesville, Indiana.
This opportunity includes:
- Outpatient only
- Epic EMR
- Pavilion setting that includes internal medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, endocrinology, bariatrics, cardiology, ob/gyn, rheumatology, urgent care, and physical therapy
- Ancillary support services available (behavioral health, pharmacy, dietician, care navigation)
- Shared call schedule Licensure & Certifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
