Join a team of four physicians and two APPs in a supportive environment with a great work-life balance. No inpatient work or OB. Practice Highlights

• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Average 20-25 patients per day
• Weekday call 1:7; weekend call 1:14
• No inpatient work or OB
• On-site lab, imaging, sports medicine and outpatient physical therapy
• Common diagnoses include diabetes, hypertension, COPD and wellness visits Qualifications
