We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join well-established, high-volume primary care practices just outside Chicago, IL. Schedule:

4-day workweek (36 clinical hours) Patient volume: 18+ per day

EMR:

Epic Supportive, collaborative, and highly autonomous environment

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

Indefinite base salary

Bonus:

Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000-$25,000; realistic income $300,000+ after year three

Sign-On Bonus:

$40,000

Time Off:

5 weeks

PTO + 5 CME

days with 6k allowance

CME Allowance:

$6,000 annually
