Job Description

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance. Work You'll Do As a Project - Senior Manager, Technical Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for leading automation, data, and finance transformation activities that improve audit readiness and business process execution.
  • Lead the design and implementation of artificial intelligence and automation solutions that reduce manual effort across finance and business processes
  • Manage project delivery activities across process analysis, data mapping, conversion, migration, and transformation workstreams
  • Oversee the analysis of end-to-end processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, plan to stock, and hire to retire, to identify opportunities for standardization and automation
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across client, functional, and technical teams to support workflow routing, approvals, data quality, and integration objectives
  • Manage team members and project execution related to Oracle ERP implementation, interoperability, financial feeder systems, and federal finance transformation activities A successful candidate would possess these skills:
