Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Medicine | No Call +
Sleep Lab Director Indianapolis, IN Practice Highlights Work-Life Balance:
No call, nights, weekends, or holidays; four-day work week
Leadership Opportunities:
Step into the Sleep Lab Medical Director role and lead a brand-new four-bed sleep program
Desirable Practice Setting:
Hospital-employed Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine practice; the only pulmonology group in the county with a strong, built-in referral base
Ideal Work Environment:
State-of-the-art 18-room clinic plus a brand-new on-campus sleep lab, ION navigational bronchoscopy, and a full pulmonary cardiac diagnostics suite (body box, PFTs, six-minute walks, cardiac stress testing)
Culture & Support:
Join an established team of physicians and NPs, with a long mentorship overlap from the retiring sleep medicine director for a smooth transition
Optimal Patient Volume:
Manageable 14 to 16 outpatient visits per day, supported by a robust referral network
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:
Competitive guaranteed base salary.
Additional Bonus Incentives:
Negotiable RVU production incentive available on top of base, offering a clear path to higher earnings

Qualifications Degree:
MD or DO Certifications:
Board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease; sleep medicine certification or strong interest in obtaining it; critical care experience strongly preferred
Licensure:
Active Indiana medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
