Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning Deliver compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care Qualifications include an MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry, active Indiana medical license, and preferably experience in geriatric psychiatry or SNF settings.
