Wabash Valley Health Center Full Time Hours:

Monday to Friday Half-day every week for admin time Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 16-20

Call Schedule:

One week after-hours call; typically 5 times a year

Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $265,000, depending on experience. Sign-on + relocation assistance are negotiable, plus a health center performance bonus.

• Eligible for and able to obtain medical licensure in the state of Indiana
• BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals
