) Position type: Part-time Medical Director / Attending Physician covering local skilled nursing facilities

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and attending oversight for assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities Partner with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care Conduct on-site patient visits (typically 18-25 visits per day) Make clinical decisions, communicate plans to facility staff and families, and ensure continuity of care Complete required documentation using company-provided iPad with

LTE Schedule:

Part-time; physicians generally cover each facility 1-2 days per week No fixed daily start/end times No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities Flexible schedule supportive of work-life balance New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply

Qualifications:
