Clinic Hours:

Mon (10a-5p), Tues (1p-5p), Wed (8a-2p), Thurs (1p-5p).

Dialysis hours/schedule:

Anytime the provider is not in the clinic they are handling Dialysis. Dialysis call hours•5p-7a

Setting:

Outpatient, Clinic No Trauma/Not Rated Required Procedures/Job Duties:

Clinic patient schedule, Outpatient dialysis 4 location units, supervision of APP, timely documentation and billing in Epic system, ensure patients have a good experience, work together with teams•both internal and external referral sources
