Job Description
Job Description The Radiology Manager is responsible for provision of radiological services based on accepted standards of care. This position has authority for the development implementation and evaluation of patient care functions. In addition this position actively participates in leadership functions staff development and provision of resources to provide quality health services in a cost effective manner. The Radiology Manager is responsible for daily operations in the Radiology Department to include departmental quality assurance performance improvement capital and operating budget with Radiology Director personnel management customer service and promoting teamwork with internal and external staff.
