• Local Team Collaboration:
• + Join our growing team of four physicians and two advanced practice clinicians at AdventHealth Lenexa City Center.

+ Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians who bring a variety of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds to our team. Our advanced practice clinicians practice to the top of their scope, with support from attending physicians when needed.

+ Teamwork is at the heart of our culture, with colleagues always ready to lend a hand during procedures or shift changes.

+ Many team members actively participate in hospital committees, such as the medical executive committee, and lead initiatives to improve patient care and update order sets.

• Qualifications:
• + Board-certified/eligible internal medicine or family medicine physicians. + Accepting new graduates, residents, and fellows.
• Flexible Scheduling:
• + 12-hour shifts; 7 a.m.-7 p.m. + We're always there to support each other when covering shifts. + Full-time employment is 182 shifts per year.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + See a wide variety of diseases while having specialists readily available in a new community-based hospital with multispecialty support.

+ Work in coordination with an intensivist team that handles all procedures, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making.

+ Utilize Cerner with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
