• Be busy from day 1 performing an estimated 500+ joint cases per year

• 100% total joint/adult reconstruction focus

• 2 Dedicated PAs per physician who take first call
• ORs, Clinic, Imaging, PT, OT, Dietary, and Pharmacy are all located onsite
• Joining experienced surgeons with over 20+ years of experience who are happy to provide mentorship

Compensation:

• Proven earning potential of 1.5MM+
• Initial recruitment package of 839K with a base of 750-800K
• negotiable based on skills and experience
• Partnership track with a two-year guarantee and ability to become an owner of our physician-designed and owned surgical hospital (Hospital, not ASC and 1 of only ~250 in the US)
