• + Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs at Mercy Hospital Pittsburg.

• Qualifications:
• + We are looking for board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians. + J1 visa candidates are invited to apply, access Sound's in-house visa specialists, as well as our licensing and credentialing experts
• Scheduling:
• + Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we offer a flexible schedule. We are always there to support each other when covering shifts. + Shift times are 6 AM - 6 PM and 6 PM - 6 AM. + Full-time status is 120 hours per month.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Provide high-quality care in a 13-bed Level IV emergency department, managing a diverse range of cases with 15,500 annual visits.

+ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and imaging professionals, to deliver top-tier care.

+ Engage in regular monthly, remote, and in-person meetings to foster team collaboration and provide a platform for feedback and continuous improvement.

• Compensation:
• + 1099 compensation is $305 per hour for days and $325 per hour for nights + Up to $50k sign-on bonus available. + Up to $25k retention bonus available.
