We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD or DO) for a flexible PRN role to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality primary care and diagnostic services on an intermittent basis, assisting our patient population in chronic disease management and overall health promotion. PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up available shifts based on clinic needs and their availability during the following clinic hours:Monday & Wednesday:
7:00 AM - 1:00PM Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):Primary Care:
Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+.Intervention & Education:
Assist patients in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing education.Treatment Planning:
Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues.Compliance:
Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards . What You'll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):Education & Training:
Degree from an accredited United States Medical School (MD) or Osteopathic Medical School (DO) . Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States. Licensure & Certification (Required): Current license in the state or states where the physician will practice. Board Certified in primary care or another related field (or Board eligible, with a commitment to obtain certification). DEA is required for prescribing and dispensing. Ability to pass on-site credentialing.Experience & Commitment:
Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting. Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention. The CareATC Core4 Committed- Optimistic
