This is a General Surgery position with a balanced clinic/OR model and strong operational support. Practice Overview You'll join an established group currently consisting of 8 physicians in the clinic, with a mentorship pathway available for early-career surgeons Practice includes bread-and-butter general surgery, colorectal cases, and minimally invasive surgery with 4 da Vinci robotic systems; select physicians participate in tumor boards Support includes 3 APPs (adding 2 more), shared MAs, 5 clinic schedulers, and dedicated surgical first assists matched to your preference cards Call includes general call in 1-week blocks (about 1:8) Schedule 4.5-day work week in a 40-hour FTE structure, including a dedicated half-day of admin time Typical structure: ~2 clinic days (full or half days) with remaining time dedicated to OR block time Clinic volume ranges from 20+ patients per day depending on your volume, scheduling, and APP support Integrated
