Job Description

OB/GYN Physician Louisville, KY Position Highlights :
4-day work week with a flexible schedule. Dedicated flex day off following call coverage. Join an established team of 4 full-scope OB/GYNs and 1 GYN-only provider. See an average of 20-25 patients per day with a 60/40 or 70/30 OB/GYN mix. Practice with robotics Work alongside long-tenured providers who have been with the organization for 5-40 years.
Compensation & Benefits :
Guaranteed base salary of $400,000-$420,000. Hospital-employed position with long-term financial stability. Productivity-based incentives provide strong upside earning potential. $100,000 sign-on bonus per contract year. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice coverage. Qualifications :
MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Must maintain applicable specialty certifications. Comfortable practicing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology. Experience with obstetric ultrasound preferred. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
