~7 days/month Opportunity to ramp up quickly. What Your Day Looks Like Outpatient clinic with consistent referral flow Surgical cases supported by hospital infrastructure and care coordination teams. Collaboration with primary care and rehab services to maintain continuity of care. 5-10 cases per week average (annual average ortho does 350 cases per year) Call coverage supported by APPs as physician wishes. Compensation $800,000 guaranteed (Year 1) + productivity opportunity Many physicians exceed initial guarantee based on volume.
