Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Kentucky. This 20-day assignment begins on Sep 28, 2026, offering 12 or 24 hour shifts. The role involves managing standard emergency room cases, including respiratory issues and diabetic patients, with no trauma cases, requiring skills in procedures such as intubations, central lines, reductions, and test tube placements. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive emergency medical care for a wide range of conditions. Manage patients presenting with respiratory issues and diabetes. Perform essential emergency procedures such as intubations, central line insertions, and reductions. Execute test tube placements. The facility does not handle trauma cases.
Additional Information Required Board Certifications:
Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Urgent Care.
