Full-time Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join busy, hospital-employed urology practice in Winchester, Kentucky. This opportunity offers a robust referral base, robotics capability, and the chance to practice in a thriving, supportive environment with APP support and shared call coverage.

Practice Highlights:

Join a well-established and high-volume practice Robotic surgery available - perform advanced procedures in a modern surgical suite Support from Advanced Practice Providers to optimize clinic efficiency Shared call rotation with other physicians in the group Hospital-employed model with built-in administrative and marketing support

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary with wRVU production incentives Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation allowance Student loan repayment assistance Comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k), EAP, and paid malpractice coverage CME allowance, paid time off, and retirement plan Practice marketing and growth support included

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
