Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 34-bed LevelIII NICU
with diverse acuity and complexity levels Conduct daily neonatal rounds and develop patient care plans Collaborate with a team of two Neonatologists and four NNPs in a supportive environment Support approximately 1,500-2,000 deliveries annually Oversee and support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and neonatal transports Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocols Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care Support ongoing clinical excellence and pediatric developmentWhat You Need:
Medical license to practice in Louisiana (or eligible) Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible/Certified in Neonatology Minimum 1-year neonatal ICU experience preferred Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment About theAssignment:
