Board Certified or Board Eligible inAnesthesiology Experience:
Preference for experienced cardiac anesthesiologists, but all qualified candidates considered Pay & Benefits Pay package: $1.00/hour (plus potential for moonlighting and other incentives) Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and CME days Retirement options (401k, 403b, 457b) Relocation assistance Malpractice and tail insurance What You'll Do Provide anesthesia care for approximately 500 cardiac cases annually, including structural heart procedures Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a center of excellence with advanced cardiac programs Participate in ongoing training and educational support for structural heart interventions Support the hospital's trauma and emergency services as part of a Level II Trauma Center Perform anesthesia during various surgeries, procedures, and cardiac interventions Contribute to patient safety and quality care initiatives What You Need Current medical license in Louisiana or ability to license quickly Certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology (American Board of Anesthesiology preferred) Prior experience in cardiac anesthesia preferred but not required Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a leading healthcare facility in Lafayette, LA, known for its comprehensive specialty programs, including an accredited cancer center, breast imaging, and metabolic surgery.
