$240,000

• 360,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses and additional incentive opportunities.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Daytime Outpatient Schedule | No Call About the Opportunity This is a confidential physician search for an established, multi-location medical organization offering a modern outpatient model that combines primary and preventive healthcare with metabolic health, personalized wellness and other proactive medical services. We are seeking an experienced MD or DO who is interested in a predictable outpatient schedule, strong work-life balance and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in clinical leadership. This opportunity may be especially attractive to physicians considering a transition from hospital-based schedules, shift work, emergency medicine, traditional private practice or other demanding clinical environments into a more predictable Monday-Friday outpatient setting. The physician will be able to practice meaningful medicine in a proactive, patient-centered environment while helping guide the continued development of the practice. Clinical Services Our clinical model includes: Primary and preventive healthcare IV therapy Comprehensive obesity and metabolic health management Medical weight-management programs Hormone evaluation and optimization Comprehensive laboratory testing and health screenings Cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment Monitoring and management of chronic health conditions within scope of practice Allergy evaluation and treatment programs Lifestyle and wellness-focused healthcare Physician Role The physician will provide outpatient medical care while also having the opportunity to participate in the clinical direction and continued development of the practice.

Responsibilities may include:

Preventive and comprehensive patient evaluations Primary and ongoing outpatient medical care Obesity and metabolic health management Medical weight-management programs Clinical oversight and collaboration with nurse practitioners and other clinical staff Development and implementation of clinical protocols Participation in new clinical programs and services Maintaining high standards of patient care, documentation and clinical compliance The physician will be supported by experienced operations, administrative, credentialing and billing teams , allowing the physician to remain focused on patient care and clinical leadership. Physician Backgrounds We Welcome We are interested in physicians with clinical backgrounds in: Family Medicine Internal Medicine Primary Care Emergency Medicine Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) Emergency Medicine physicians interested in transitioning from hospital-based shift work into a predictable outpatient schedule are strongly encouraged to apply. OB/GYN physicians interested in incorporating preventive medicine, metabolic health, hormone management and women's health into a broader outpatient model are also encouraged to explore the opportunity. Experience or interest in IV therapy, obesity medicine, metabolic health, medical weight management, hormone optimization or preventive medicine is a plus but is not required. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
