MULTI-SITE CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Lake Charles, Louisiana | Full-Time | On-Site Leadership People leadership. Clinical consistency. Scalable growth. The Eye Clinic has served Southwest Louisiana since 1959 and has grown into a comprehensive eye-care organization spanning six locations. We are seeking a people-centered, operationally strong Clinical Director to lead approximately 65 clinical employees, strengthen clinic performance, and help build a consistent platform for continued growth. What You'll Do Lead, coach, develop, and retain clinical teams across six locations (65 employees) Oversee technician scheduling, clinic flow, patient work-ups, patient counts, and wait times. Create clear clinical standards and drive consistent execution across sites. Improve hiring, onboarding, training, accountability, and team culture. Partner with the Practice Administrator, owner board, physicians, providers, and satellite managers. Support new locations, technology, equipment, research initiatives, documentation quality, and revenue-cycle accuracy. Build trust, address conflict constructively, and promote collaboration without silos. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading 30+ employees in ophthalmology or a comparable clinical setting. A leader who genuinely cares for staff while creating clear accountability. Strong communication skills and the confidence to partner with physicians and executives. Ability to balance system-wide standards with the needs of individual locations. Positive attitude, humility, sound judgment, and a collaborative, growth-minded approach.Role Details Reporting:
Reports to the Practice Administrator. This is an administrative leadership role and does not make physician medical decisions.Location & Travel:
No travel, but 25% of time spent supporting satellite clinics.Compensation:
Expected base salary of $100,000-$120,000, with potential performance bonus. Relocation/signing support may be available.APPLY TODAY!
