Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Dedicated 24/7 support team What You ll Do Provide expert pulmonary and critical care services in a high-volume hospital setting Manage ICU patients in an open ICU model with approximately 30 beds Participate in emergent procedures including lines and intubations during day hours Collaborate with hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams for patient management Cover consults and acute cases, averaging about 18 consults daily Contribute to patient safety and high-quality care in a facility operating at near capacity Follow hospital protocols and delineation of privileges for pulmonary and critical care duties What You Need Valid medical license with applicable COI and PCF Minimum of 2+ years of pulmonary and critical care experience Strong procedural skills, including line placement and airway management Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Must have a clean background and be eligible for hospital privileges Local or drive-in candidates preferred About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Slidell, Louisiana, offering a dynamic environment for pulmonary and critical care physicians. This assignment involves 24-hour shifts with night call, supporting high-acuity patients in a capacity-driven hospital. Providers will have access to extensive backup support from surgical, anesthesia, and specialty services, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced pulmonologists and intensivists seeking a rewarding and impactful role.
