• Local Team Collaboration:
• + We believe in local, site-led leadership. + Strong collaboration between all 5 physicians and 16 CRNAs on the team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• + Provide perioperative and postoperative care for Signature Healthcare, Brockston Hospital, which covers general, ortho (including spine), ENT, endo, vascular, podiatry, minimal thoracic, plastics, and OB/GYN services. + Works in collaboration with CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to ensure appropriate anesthesia services are delivered.
• Scheduling:
• + 1:5 physician rotation with a guaranteed post-call day off. + 10 weeks guaranteed off annually.
• Qualifications:
• + Completion of a US Residency. + Board certification in Anesthesia. + Active MA license. + Authorized to work in the United States.

• Rewards and Compensation:
• + Robust compensation package with guaranteed base salary and opportunity to maximize income. + W2 compensation: $650,000. + 1099 compensation: $690,000. + $100,000 commencement bonus. + 10 weeks of scheduled time off. + Medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
