Job Description
Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician opening in Burlington, MA Full-Time | Outpatient Pulmonary | Inpatient Consults | ICU Coverage | Teaching Opportunity A large academic-affiliated Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine division in Burlington, Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join an established multidisciplinary team.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine opportunity
- Primary outpatient Pulmonary responsibilities
- Participate in inpatient Pulmonary consultative services
- Rotate through one or more system ICUs
- Join a large division of approximately 30 physicians
- Supported by 15 advanced practice providers
- Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship training program with 7 fellows
- Interventional Pulmonary fellowship presence
- Clinical services provided across multiple hospitals and outpatient practices
- Academic-affiliated teaching environment
- Teaching opportunities available through medical school affiliation
- Collaborative multidisciplinary practice setting
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base salary range:
- $300,000
- $350,000
- Potential performance-based incentive compensation
- Productivity bonus opportunities may be available

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Successful completion or current completion of an ACGME-accredited Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship
- Massachusetts medical license or eligibility
- Comfortable with outpatient Pulmonary care, inpatient consultation, and ICU coverage
- Interest in an academic-affiliated and collaborative clinical environment Burlington, Massachusetts offers convenient access to Greater Boston while providing suburban communities, shopping, dining, schools, and easy access to major New England destinations.
