Job Description

Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
The Role:
Full spectrum of outpatient primary care for adults: preventive care, acute and chronic disease management Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease Conduct evaluations, order and interpret diagnostics, develop individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services Utilize evidence-based guidelines and maintain accurate EMR documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Mentor advanced practice providers and trainees as applicable Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health
Qualifications:
MD or DO from accredited School of Medicine Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure (current license preferred) Active DEA registration and hospital privileges eligibility Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical documentation skills Commitment to equitable, compassionate, high-quality care
