What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a busy trauma level 3 Emergency Department Manage patient assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans efficiently Collaborate with hospital staff, APPs, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care Respond to codes and critical situations as per department protocols (not responsible for codes) Support paramedic and ambulance operations by monitoring incoming patients and coordinating care Document patient interactions accurately in Meditech EMR system Float between Berkshire Medical Center and North Adams Hospital as needed, primarily covering night shifts

What You Need:
